SAD Light Therapy
SAD should be treated in the same way as any other type of depression. This includes talking therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy or medication if required. It's not normally available on the NHS, so you are going to have to buy it yourself. Try the lifestyle choices first. If that doesn't work, speak to your GP. You need to do a little bit of homework and see which ones have the most evidence around them in the EU. I think there needs to be some honesty from the manufacturers about what is UK certified and what isn't.
