Is There a Difference Between Technical Education and Higher Education?
Vocational training is focused on real skills, the pipe line to jobs. But wouldn't you expect signalling to show up even there like that? There are different vocational training s which signal different things. It's a ar between a system thot teach es skills and one that doesn't. So we only want tod wante is the mix. And i think it's better froa social point of view, not necessarily selfishly, but socially better,. Just dial up that skill share of what's going on.
