The Ap Releases a Video of a Bishop Saying, "My Hands Are Tied"

The a p released a video of one of the bishops. The bishop, in his own voice, says that the help lyine told him he was not allowed to call and his hands were tied. He goes on to say that he passes this information on to the next bishop. For whatever reason, this bishop had an understanding he was not able to call. There's a lot that we don't know about this unfolding story. Things said in the last five days are going to come out differently now. We have so many questions that are unanswered. List is growing every single day. I need a document for this. Right?
