Are You Running on the Same Side of the Road?

Many trails that i run on here in colorado have essentially steps built into the side of the trail, but they're fairly wide steps. If you're not paying attention, that means your stepping up with the same leg on every single one of those steps. That's clearly going to cause some balances. So that's just something to be aware of. The other thing that i was thinking too, sara, is if you're always running on the same side of the road, you're experiencing same slope of the camber the edge of the road and that could be something that contributes to your a your injury risk.
