i wasn't feeling very confident when i actually made the recipe, ause i look old. But i'll be honest, it turned out way better than i expected. So rice, wine vinegar is important. The ginger is crucial. Idi say, you can even do more ginger than the recipe says. I also put sesame seeds in it, and i blits that in my a, a nutra bullet.
