The Curse of Market Squares
A curse was put on the land stating that it would never prosper with non-indigenous people living on it. Deadmalls and Dead Downtowns have often provided filming locations for many a zombie film. Brantford's Downtown is doing better, but the last time I was there, the market square was still pretty empty.
