Open Offices and Open Class Rooms

i've been waiting for somebody to talk to coldlport about open classrooms. Every time i visit school and i see an open classroom, i just think, this is a disaster waiting to happena. So the kids all had eye pads, because it's school policy that the kids have eyepats in each lesson. But a lot of the teachers, they, they don't say it, but i know they're probably thinking, i don't want to use these eyepads. And they're almost coing to try to shoe horn ways to use them.
