How to Talk About Yourself in a Meeting

When you're showing somebody that needs to be done a certain way, it's very important that you talk about the why. I had a B&I director in my house just a couple of weeks ago who was talking about the fact that they added something to the agenda. The second time around is about talking about someone else. So if you don't know the why, talk to your B&i director and get the why.
