Researchers are calling on farmers to feed millions and save the world from climate change by planting forests in the fields where they grow their crops. Edible ectomycorazole fungi, or EMF, could suck up almost 13 tons of carbon per hectare every year. It's a practice called mycophoristry. You don't have to like mushrooms to enjoy their benefits.
