Do You Think Donal Trump Is Being Investigated for Espionage?

Bradley moss: Even if the documents were de classified propriately, it doesn't necessarily matter legally with respect to the three statutes that were identified in the attachment to the search warrant and the affidavit. Is it appropriate to say that donal trump is being investigated for espionage because that's the name of the act under which one of the statutes falls? He says he has been very public about asking reporters not to say  is being investigated for treason or spying as at the moment we have no indication of that. The espionage act is a world war one statute that predates the modern classification a regim.
