As an adult, the structure is mature now. People think i'm getting older, ligaments are breaking down,. tendons are breaking down, joints are getting brittle. But that's not the case. Most people spend most of their time hunched over a desk and don't do enough physical activity. That year wants to be healthy before you're 30 or 35. There's no time for just playful tivity. Are doing sports on a regular basis for most people? Then there's another huge chunk of time gone before you've been doing it very often.
