What's Judiciary Activis?

People think the supreme court is political when they don't like what it's doing. When there was a right to an abortion, you and me tend to think of that as just the way the constitution should be. And then we start losing, and we get the perspective that the other side, ideologically has had. They think the preme courtas been super political in a row because they think the constitution means the opposite. So i'd love to hearat it's a very fair observation. Even a its fans would admit the warren court was igh y activist court.
