The Importance of Empathy in a KOL Role
I think there are less NPs and PAs that take those you know KOL roles but the ones that ask those questions are are phenomenal KOLs. They're great clinical collaborators to have in in industry and I find I see generally it really elevates their practice as well yeah. It's actually a big issue when the thought process from the provider is provide me with a protocol, not what for example how much drug I should use. Just tell me tell me the protocol or the anatomy in my case working in dermatology how will dissertation is what's their epidermal thickness? And getting them specifically in the context of tissue regeneration can be very nuanced.
