Eating dietary cholesterol does raise it, not to the same degree as would a saturated fat. Red fat will do it more than directly will dietary cholesterol. When you eat four servings versus 12, cholesterol levels in the blood didn't change. Unsaturated fats are actually much better when they're replaced with refined carbs.
