The Supreme Court's Decision to Grant Cert in Florida and Texas
We were all expecting this fall that the Supreme Court would grant cert in those cases. I had followed these, these cases previously because I had written a paper on the global implications of section 230. There's actually going to be more division in the progressive community that you might expect in these cases. The general notion is this, could we ask the New York Times op ed page to tell us what their criteria are with a very fine grain detail?
