Lupus is the idiopathic MVGN. It's your post-infectious GN. Your cryo-galobulinemic-associated glomerulinophritis are going to be the ones with low complements. And so those are the ones that you're going to be thinking about. High ANA, and I think it's a good fit for lupus, is a likely diagnosis.
