The Legal and the Moral

i'm ah, the thing that's coming up for me is this other kind of lake frame of like being treating an organization as like being customer to the organization. And i feel like when your i took on a mind set of like being a customer and everyone else was providing me a service, then i would be more likely to fall into polaritcy mode. I have this lurking suspicion in the back of my mind that you might need another kind of concept about stages of maturity and people's participation in the community. Maybe you can handle that informally?
