Is It in the Axioms?

I just don't even really understand what it means to be conscious, but not in any way aware of the fact that you're conscious. But if so, if the axioms are supposed to list like the fundamental actions of consciousness, then this to me seems like a fundamental attribute of consciousness. So one possibility is that maybe that the only existing actions can explain the self-awareness or, you know, inner awareness of consciousness. The another possibility is that we need additional action,. That's of course another possibility. I'm actually not sure which one is true or which one is,you know, okay, or IIT.
