What Does Sustained, Intense Attention Look Like in Work?

When you're practicing mindfulness and you reach that state of silent sustained attention, that is actually exactly like what happens in work when you reach a deep phase. So we just have now research proof and it's called theta phase locking or I call it theta locking for short. It means that you've gone into a state of very stable sustained attention. And so we know that mindfulness is one of the best forms of practice for people with attention problems and the best non-medication treatment.
