Sito, Yamamoto, and the Seaman's Scam

Sito and yama moto were subject to discipline, given all this happened under their watch. Sito was demoted; both men were rotated into the navy reserves. Both would event ly serve terms as prime minister. Yamamoto would come back in the early twenties. Sito would take the job in the early thirties. The scandal didn't follow either man much beyond the 19 tens.
