Jason Lemkin: I would break down the smoothing of your buyer process and sales process into the three things that I think have the most impact for the buyers decision. So, these are time, risk and money. At a 10 of we also have experimented with a couple other ways to smooth things out on the make money side. We found that big companies often have the same level of appreciation for free trials just as much as medium or small companies. And then you need to be comfortable charging more as you add more value.
