Two Stories About Ichthyosaur Fossils
Scientists believe these footprints were made by sauropods. The dinos themselves, they would have been almost as long as a bus. An extra special fossil named Fiona has been unearthed from an ancient ice field. It took paleontologists 13 years to excavate Fiona because the ice field was very difficult to get to. Experts say that pregnant fossils like Fiona helped them understand how prehistoric creatures had babies.
