The Month of July Is Going to Remember Caesar
The month of July is going to commemorate him forever more. Caesar's great nephew Octavian, who will one day rule as Augustus, will bag a month for himself too. Out in the far-flung regions it seems there is always someone willing to have a crack at Caesar. In November 46 BC, Caesar marches to confront them in modern-day Andalusia. He storms off at a frightening pace, reaching his spania according to the chronicle of Siotonius in just 24 days.
