Marketers are in a really unique position to be able to see see what's coming ahead. I don't think we hire for skills anymore because I know that we can train a lot of people in the skills that we really require not just in marketing, but across Infosys. We're looking at people who would be able to be problem finders and not really problem solvers. "We want people who have a more general experience who are coming from different kinds of backgrounds," says Vishwanath.
