"I was asked by some folks at Facebook, we had been working on the Facebook pages growth. And so I was basically asked like, Hey, what you just did over here for all these small and medium-sized businesses? To their credit, they were like, we want to build bigger audiences on Facebook," he says. "They made one very important decision that I think they'll never get enough credit for,. They said, we do not want to change the product to give ourselves an advantage."
