The Battle of Privacy Rights and the Right to Publicity
I don't think it'll change the balance because I think this is the old-fashioned battle of privacy rights against the right to publish. We are at a bit of a crossroads in privacy law because of the recent spate of cases where privacy laws really have tightened up. The court's attitude to the publication of detail, of names, has become very, very, very rigid and has fettered a lot of investigations. And so for that to be fettered in any way is always a dangerous situation to be in.
