Three Things You Can Do to Change Your State
When you're in a nervous anxious state, that's going to happen when you come out your comfort zone and self starts popping up. If you get yourself into a better state, a better physiology, changing your breathing, you're going to feel more confident. So let's recap those points again. The second one is have fun. Set yourself little wins each day. Think of fun, little things, maybe ticking off on the charts, something like that. And then the third one is change your state. Two great ways of doing that is changing your physiology, put a smiley face, upward body language.
