Fishnark was an artist we covered much before he died because he hadn't quite reached the level he was going to reach. I definitely hear in certain of his music like immaturity and unrealized potential. We don't know what he would have done post-21, that's the crux of the whole thing. But David Pizner wrote a huge sort of posthumous story about Fishnark for First Access.
