Simplicity matters, rich RICH, hickey, H-I-C-K-E-Y. Rich Hickey is the inventor of the programming language called Closure. He said simple comes from simplex, which means just one unbraded, unconnected. Easy just means something that's near at hand versus hard, which might take a lot of extra work. And he said it can be hard to make something simple and easy to make something complex.
