The Second in Command of the Fort in Puerto Cabeo

After becoming dictator, miranda had given bolivar the critical job of defending this critical port city. In it was a fort that happened to contain all the patriots heavy guns and ammunitions. But either because miranda had lost his edge, or felt the moral energy of the patriot cause slipping away, he did not follow up on this victory and try to turn the tide. And so he sat unable to do anything about the reports he read of miranda's constant retreating. Instead, he settled in like he really was just waiting for the end to come.
