What Is the Grand Strategy for India?
China has, in many ways, a head start on the african continent. There is some sort of a consensus that india can't match china's deep pockets. So going forward, what is the grand strategy for india? I don't think we should measure indian fun policy by how does it match up to what China is doing. We have far too many people who are still poor, who are still hungry. And we have a long way to go before we start thinking of other golds Other than transforming india.
