Is There Every Sitting Administration?

Has there ever been a sitting administration with no accomplishments? So they have to focus on criticising republicans. Seein end's trying to give him a boost by talking only about the shooting, which they would say is a gun control problem. And i don't believe there are any laws that he's passed that would have changed it. Am i right? Did by dint do anything that llise, did he even attempt anything? If he had succeeded, would stopped this shooting? Nothing. So why are they blaming this on the republicans when they have control of everything and they don't do a damned thing? This is the weakest, the weakest administration i've ever seen by far
