Technology at the High End
In just the last decade, we've gone from more than 18 million manufacturing job s to around 12 million. Technology at the high end means you're more valuable. A seven or eight micron wrong adjustment in this machine could cost us as much as 25 thousand dollar work pent merely two seconds. But technology also makes things incredibly simple, where workers become almost interchangeable.
