Pramate cuncalam. Restless could be cute, but pramathe is not cute any more. So the mind is not only restless, it's destructive. The mind will generate these problems again and again and again. And if you let it alone, it will not settle down. It will exhaust you. It has lifetimes of practice in being nasty. Though it can work, but it requires a very powerful teacher who can implant that idea deeply enough to see thehe storm of the mind as separate from you.
