The cook book is 300 pages long, and the first half of the book is a nutrition and wellness guide. It breaks apart each food component, from plants to animal products, eggs, fish, salt, herbs and spices, even water. The author's mam wasa vegetarian, and her mam had very poor health because she shied away from animal fats. So i think that by getting back, had my mam adopted a more balanced eye that was inclusive of a wider array of animal products,.
