What Happens When You Have a Glucos Spike?

The inside of a human body cooks like a piece of toast in the toaster or a chicken in the oven. Every time you have this big increase in concentration of your blood sugar level, it's called a gluco spike. The two main things that happen in your body when you spike are: one with your mitachondria and two, with toasting. With everyglucos spike, you cook a little bit faster, because glucose runs around running into other molecules which can cause health problems.
