Those Who Cannot Take the Meat or the Deep Things of God Are Both Christians and Un-Christians
Paul said those who cannot take the deep things of god are both christians and un non christians. If you live in according with the flesh and listen to human wisdom, then you can't grow in the spiritual truths of god. You have to feed on heavenly wisdom, not on worldly wisdom. That's true of whether you christian or you're not a christian. And so when when he is saying that they can't receive the deeper things, he's not talking about the gospel, because they've already received it.
