The CIGquif Field Match - Billy Mitchell vs. Twin Galaxies

David Bianculli: Twin Galaxies may have acted with actual malice by refusing to look at evidence of the plaintiff's innocence. He says that in our chess example, maybe Magneson, you know, spouts off at a press conference and it is like, the only way anyone could beat be as cheating. But Chess.com then does their 72 page report, finding no statistical evidence of cheating. And yet Carlson still refuses to play with him, still getting a black ball from tournaments. At some point, you're getting much closer to the Twin Galaxies example. We will be following this case with a lot of interest, David, because it's nerdy and legal.
