What Does It Mean to Re-Meet a Girl?

I don't know what it means to re-meet a girl. Like he's bifurcating his life based on school and social, right? He sees him on campus and he can talk to him because they're there for the same reason. But I think the way this guy is talking about it is how do I reintroduce myself as a sexual being? You are one. Be friendly and be a person. And if you're friendly and fun and a good person and you just talk about anything, any woman will automatically code you as potential sexual being potential mate.
