The wedge pressure is really important here, to distinguish between these different hemo dinamic profiles. Post capillary would be a mean pa greater than 20, a wedge greater than 15 and a p vr less than three. The next thing i i would look at wuld would be the severity of the pulmonary hair pretension. And that that reflects advanced disease with a significant impairment of cardiac function. But there can be signs on these tracings which have been the right ventricle that can be useful if that is a consideration.
