For you all, I think you all probably can read English well enough, good enough. It's best not to use your own language subtitles. Use the English subtitles. If you find new words, you can write them down and you can look them up later if you like. Books will give you the most vocab books and audio books. And that you'll get the most vocabulary by reading a lot and listening to the audio books. TPR, learn from real situations, real conversations, real people, or from books is the best.
