The Importance of Honoring Our Ascendedstors
When you yourself are coming from a defensive state, when youre sted up in knots about your own thoughts and feelings and issues on a topic, that is a hard time to then initiate a confrontation with family. So there may be wisdom in doing more work on yourself and with yourself and within your spiritual practices before you cand of go gungho. And i want to be clare that when i say ancestors, i'm not exclusively talking about dead people. It's really important to honor our elders who are alive as well as our elders, or our ancestors, who have passed. There is a great deal of spiritual value in it. But honoring our ancestors is not necessarily about that.
