I think operationalizing that level of like creativity and nimbleness is something that, you know, you have to do as a really stage company. And I'm part of like the way to do that is by keeping the team pretty lean as you're figuring things out and only really expanding once you have a bit more certainty. We've done okay ours in the past. I use them and was involved in companies that use them before. So very familiar with the okay our process. But my problem with okay ours for early stage startups and why we've abandoned them to a large extent is that a quarterly cadence is dangerously slow. Like it should be a weak weekly or monthly cadence
