Leadership and management are not really instinctive. Even if you're a good swimmer, out of the box, like youre not going to end up in the olympics on accident. The first line of my book is, leadership is an unnatural act. Giving feedback has to be learned. There are principles that work, and yet they're not all intuitive. In fact, a lot of them are quite counter intuitive. So i'm excited to see what the book does. I hope this service is like a beacon for some people.
