I think that some of our builders out there are really smart enough to be building decentralized organizations from the start. I go get quite centralized back in 2017. And so what are the most common misalignments that you see and, and, and through this process? How, how do those get resolved? Yeah. The areas of the OS Canvas that I have seen or where we've done the most work have been around purpose and strategy. So it's kind of an anchoring, kind of foundational bit of work for a lot of Organizations.
