Why Are Other Companies So Hesitatr?

i've had way more like issues with, you know, some new grad misbehaving. No offence to folks in this group then a person who did 20 years and got out on a life sentence after a commutation. There's no contest with where theiss show up in the work place. You're bringing together a bunch of people to be adults together and do work together every day. That's why you have good policies and procedures. And tenl you react as responsible adults within clear frameworks when there are issues. Then you're just people doing a job together.
