What Privacy Outcomes Should Privacy Engineers Typically Aim For?

privacy tech is not purpose built for any particular company's workflows right so that makes sense what privacy outcomes should privacy engineers typically be aiming for within an organization. I think the main thing that I try to stress here around outcomes are there ultimately has to be kind of a degree of pragmatism in the role you know much like in security roles we do a lot of analogies here but they're kind of cousins to each other. It doesn't mean like weakening privacy I think that's a false dichotomy but it does mean that your success criteria should try to really align with what the product success looks like.
