I think it comes down to the fact that Lori is somebody who has a great deal of humility and sort of went into this, probably talking to her patients very thoughtfully about the pros and cons. She probably preselected a group of patients that were really appropriate for the study. Whereas I will say from my experience, at least from our hospitalization studies, there was a lot of provider bias involved. And many of the providers weren't willing to let their patients participate. It wasn't often the nephrologist or the person who was the primary person managing the patient.
