The Foundation of Persuasion

Kellen, I have watched and seen how good Kellen is with people. So on top of everything that he's learned through schooling and experience in his career, I've also just seen that Kellen is a good people person. He understands people, he's good at communicating with people and he is naturally a persuasive person. And there's nothing wrong with trying to influence other people. But I believe there's a good side to persuasion and a bad side to persuasion.
