Marshall's Slavery Is the Worst Part of His Life Story
I think that in Marshall's case, slavery is the worst part of his life of his life story. He was more deeply engaged in the enslavement economy than previous understandings had suggested. You cannot have American jurisprudence without Marshall. And so I am of the mind, at least for me, for law schools that they should probably keep that name.
